What to Pay Attention to When Signing for Goods?

            Mailed Orders: Please inspect the outer packaging carefully when receiving your package. If you find the package is damaged, do not sign for it. Instead, promptly send us the original package receipt, as it serves as the sole proof for processing a replacement or refund. Upon receiving the original receipt, we will handle the relevant procedures. If you have not opened the outer packaging, you may also return the entire package on the spot.

Ordinary Mail Orders: If you notice the package is damaged upon receipt, please request a damage certificate from the post office.

            Note: When inspecting and signing for the goods, please carefully verify the invoice. If the invoice is incorrect or missing, please contact us promptly with your order number, mailing address, and recipient’s name. We will issue and mail the correct invoice to you as soon as possible after receiving your information.
